If you wish to hire the band, include as many details of your event as possible. It helps us to know:

• the date and starting/ending times for the performance

• whether the performance is to be indoors

• if outdoors, what accommodations have been made for rain/shade coverage, electrical power source, and plans for inclement weather should that happen

• whether we will be using your sound system or ours.
